Buyer's Guide
Choosing a home

Homeownership is a great Nepali dream. It’s also one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. In many respects, buying a ready-made home is no different than buying a site-built one. Except for one important factor: Searching for a ready-made home can be a whole lot easier than going into a site-built home. However, we can help you in searching for a suitable land where you can build your home either according to your own design and plans or according to our sample designs and plans.

We at Asuka International can find for you a wide range of homes – in many different design and floor plans. Here’s what you can expect in your search.

Plenty of homes to choose from. As many as 10 to 15 homes are in stock at a ready made home retail location. We can also help you build site0built homes according to your taste and needs.

Designer-decorated model homes. We have many feature models homes too that are fixed up just the way you might dream your own home would look.

Short delivery time. We can deliver the home in a short time depending upon availability of the home and your quick mode of payment.
